What we stock is what stays out on the bench, not what ends up at the back of a drawer. Orders go out from Miami within 2 business days. If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days.

We carry 12 pieces across 5 categories, between $25.00 and $139.00. A short list is what lets us keep every piece on hand and send out a single replacement plate two years down the line — which is usually what decides whether a set keeps getting used or ends up boxed in a cupboard.

What it is made of

Cast iron and carbon steel for the pans, stoneware and glazed ceramic for the table, machine-made glass for the tumblers, stonewashed linen and yarn-dyed cotton for the textiles. Every one of them is picked because it can take daily heat, daily washing, and the odd knock against the tap.

How it ages

Seasoned iron goes darker, reactive glaze comes out different on every piece, and linen gets softer each time it is washed. Those are not defects, and we say so on the product page instead of hearing about it as a complaint later. Care instructions sit on every listing, not in a leaflet headed for the bin.
